Get ready, Austin: there is another new Italian restaurant slated for the city, as reported by Austin Business Journal. This time, it's from the original founders of Eddie V's. Red Ash will be found in the Colorado Tower's ground floor.
Eddie V's executive chef John Carver will command the kitchen, with Larry Foles and Guy Villavaso as partners. Expect the usual Italian fare on the menu, including pasta. There are plans for a full bar, chef's counter, wood-fired oven, and more.
