Get the limoncello ready because B4-U-Eat's newsletter reports that former Arcodoro Ristorante Italiano chef Giancarlo Ferrara is getting ready to debut a restaurant of his own. Amalfi Ristorante Italiano & Bar is expected to open this spring in the Galleria area, "just doors down from The Palm," according to B4-U-Eat.
Ferrara is a Salerno native who has worked all over the world and has gained a steady following in Houston after years at Galleria-area Arcodoro.
