
The Italian Cultural and Community Center will hold a cooking demonstration and dinner at 7 p.m. Friday, June 28, at the center in Houston.
"Join chef Maurizio Ferrarese, of Quattro Restaurant, Four Seasons Hotel, for a chef demonstration and an exclusive dinner," according to an Italian Cultural and Community Center press release. "The demonstration and full-course dinner will include scabeccio di pesce (liguria-style fried fish), pasta al pesto ligure, fagiolini e patate (pasta with liguria-style pesto, green beans and potato), zucchine ripiene alla ligure con costolette di agnello (liguria-style stuffed zucchini with lamb chops) and baci di Alassio."
