At Italian Cuisine Restaurant in Killeen, there is a special ingredient you won't find on the menu — the love for cooking great Italian food that owners Natasha and Gordon Basso put into every bite. "Our food is totally different than what other restaurants serve in the area, because it is authentic Italian food," said Natasha Basso, 29.

She along with husband Gordon Basso, 37, recently opened their restaurant, 5201 Clear Creek Road, Suite B, on Jan. 30, but it's the story of how they brought their business from Italy to Killeen that makes the restaurant as special as the food.
