Piada Italian Street Food opened its third Houston-area location on June 3. Piada Vintage Park, located at 10420 Louetta Road, joins Houston locations on Memorial Drive and in Sugarland for the Ohio-based fast-casual Italian eatery.

Community Marketing Manager Jordan Blossom said the restaurant's signature item the piada is a large piece of thin Italian dough cooked on a 500-degree surface.
