After more than a year closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Rosalie Italian Soul will reopen Thursday, Sept. 16. Chef Chris Consentino, winner of season 4 of "Top Chef Masters," originally opened Rosalie inside downtown Houston's C. Baldwin Hotel in 2019.
Jacob Coronado, the former chef de cuisine at Nobie's, is coming on as the new executive chef for the relaunch. "This is an incredible opportunity for me," said Coronado in a statement. "Italian-American cuisine is soulful, and I'm thrilled to be creating elevated renditions of classic Italian-American dishes that speak to that soulfulness."
