Matt Vernon has spent 15 years working his way up to being the owner of Lasagna House, an Italian restaurant that is cherished by many in Spring community. When a horrible fire forced him to close the restaurant last summer, Vernon took the time to weigh his options and attempt to make his business better.
"After [the fire] happened, we had the mentality of 'What do we do now?' We asked God to hold our hand and guide us and show us the way, and this gave my wife a chance to try new recipes." Vernon and his wife took this tragedy, and turned everything around into a chance to grow and expand on their love for Italian food.
