Gene Todaro Jr. and Gene Todaro Sr., owners of Marcello's Wine Market and Marcello's Wine Market Cafe, will be opening another location in Metairie. Expected to open in January, Marcello's Restaurant and Wine Bar will be the second location in the market.

The Todaro family opened a business by the same name last year in downtown New Orleans. News of the Metairie location came this week from The Moody Company, parent company of Coyote Blues, the restaurant that is moving out to make space for Marcello's.
