Neapolitan Express, the pizza truck from New York, is expanding into Austin with two new trailers for its first out-of-state expansion. Both will open on Friday, March 3. The first will be found on 3rd Street and Congress Avenue, and the second over on West 5th and Colorado streets.
The menu includes Neapolitan pies made using Italian ingredients. The starting lineup includes the classics, like margherita, white pie, and more. The A Diavolo comes topped with Mike's Hot Honey, spicy sopressata salami, and jalapenos, and there’s a dessert pie. Scope out the opening menu below, more pies will be added later on, offering six in total. There is a gluten-free one, as well as vegan pies made using Daiya cheese.
