Legacy West now has its very own piece of Italy when North Italia opens on June 27. A Fox Restaurant Concepts brand, North Italia is located across the street from another of the company’s eateries, True Food Kitchen. Boasting a modern take on traditional, made-from-scratch Italian dishes prepared daily with fresh, seasonal ingredients, the menu features signature cuisine such as The Pig Pizza with DiNapoli San Marzano tomato sauce, spicy pepperoni, soppressata and Italian sausage, as well as the Prosciutto Bruschetta with Crescenza cheese, grilled asparagus and truffle, just to name a few.
North Italia’s Chef’s Board is a beautiful way to start your meal with friends, stacked with European staples such as Marcona almonds, prosciutto di Parma and Castelvetrano olives aside artisan cheeses and spreads. The Burger (yes, THE burger) is an Italian take on an American staple, with the ground beef patty cooked to a perfectly-pink medium and smothered with fontina cheese, grilled onions, roasted tomato jam, arugula and aioli.
