The 2020 vintage is getting into its heart throughout Italy. The forecasts foresee a good harvest in terms of quality and quantity, however, the wineries’ are concerned about prices and markets stability.
This issue is repeating itself each and every year, even more so in a year marked by concerns about the Covid-19 pandemic emergency, which has had a heavy impact on the Italian wine supply chain. This is what emerges from analysis by Assoenologi, Ismea and Unione italiana vini (UIV) about the current grape harvest.
