Italy will soon have its own silicon valley. This will be a special silicon valley, a "green" one, located in the Umbria region, near Terni. The Italian group Italeaf is currently negotiating a "strategic master plan" with the municipality of Narni to redevelop the whole industrial area of Nera Montoro with the technical support of the Architecture and Urban Studies department of the Polytechnic of Milan.

Italeaf is a startupper company, part of T.E.R.N.I. Research group, supporting and maintaining enterprise creation in the fields of green economy and sustainable industry.
