This means that one of the very first cases filed after the law came into effect is now being reviewed for its compliance with the Italian Constitution.

Why this moment matters: The case was filed on March 28, the very day the new law was enacted, as a result of a hearing that regards a post-decree filed against the law and to call for unconstitutional claims with the judge; It was heard and moved forward at remarkable speed.
