The two main Consortia for the protection of PDO and PGI food products in central and southern Italy have signed a collaboration agreement that will see them create a unique body for the protection and enhancement of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO (buffalo mozzarella) and Pasta di Gragnano PGI.
By virtue of this agreement, the two Consortia will now officially collaborate to carry out the activities of supervision, protection, promotion and enhancement of their products and to create synergies with regard to the main institutional activities for which they are responsible.
