Di Bruno Bros. is bringing exciting offerings to cheese lovers with an innovative new experience. Partnering with Cheese Journeys and Tenaya Darlington, aka Madame Fromage, the companies are kicking off an adventure to Italy’s Piedmont, Lombardy, and Lake Country from May 17–28.
“As education is so important to appreciating artisanal cheeses, I’m thrilled to travel with those looking to further their knowledge,” said Emilio Mignucci, Vice President of Culinary Pioneering for Di Bruno Bros. “I look forward to introducing some of my favorite cheesemakers to anyone who wants to come along on this adventure.”
