Nearly two years after the announcement of Nuance Audio's new acoustic glasses, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorized the Italian eyewear giant EssilorLuxottica to market the new frames. These innovative glasses can correct vision issues while also helping those with mild to moderate hearing loss regain full auditory function.

 

This opens up a potential market of 1.25 billion people who can now solve these problems without the stigma of hearing aids, all at a competitive price.
