On a day of sorrow -- the funeral of Michele Ferrero, founder of the company that makes Nutella, was Wednesday -- it is worth taking a sympathetic look at the industrial profile (and the strategic prospects) of one of the largest and best- functioning companies in Italy.
According to the financial statements examined by R&S Mediobanca, over the past five years, as Ferrero Group Spa the net sales increased by 22% to €2.7 billion.
