It’s hard to believe how much the world has changed in just a matter of weeks. It feels like a lifetime ago we were happily planning spring break vacations, had dinner dates on the books, and were looking forward to long hikes with friends in the warmer spring months to come.
But now, for the health and wellness of the world, all that has come to a halt as we wait out the coronavirus pandemic. And there is no place where that is quite as evident as it is in Italy right now.
