If there is a thing Italians love doing and know how to do right is eating, and this of course comprises cooking, and therefore hosting barbeque.
The Italian BBQ has a few differences with the American version, since the latter prefer much bigger meat cuts and more complex and longer processes such as marinades (to season the meat), as well as cooking at a lower temperature as they like to use charcoal and therefore cook with the barbeque's top closed.
