Inclusivity is an essential idea in today’s world, but we hardly associate it with food. However, respecting diversity and making sure, quite literally, that everyone has a “seat at the table,” regardless of background or ability, has become an inherently central goal of modern cuisine.
An inclusive kitchen recognizes and values different food cultures, makes cooking accessible, and fosters a sense of belonging, matching the foundational objectives of inclusion at large.
