An immense fairytale garden traverses central Italy, embracing three regions. The almost 100-year-old National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise is truly a natural paradise, based on the strict respect for the environment to protect the territory and the species that inhabit it.
The National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise is one of the oldest parks in Italy. Established in 1923 to save wild animals from extinction and jointly safeguard the exceptional natural landscape, the Park covers mainly Abruzzo, precisely L'Aquila province. It extends, then, in Lazio (Frosinone province) and Molise (Isernia province), covering 25 municipalities and over 50,000 hectares.
