The first result of the school reform will be hiring 36,000 now temporary teachers by September 1. This is the initial tranche of an intake of more than 102,000 people introduced by the Matteo Renzi- Stefania Giannini law, which will see additional 11,000 jobs in the following days and, by September 2016, the final tranche of the new 55,000 teachers, which will start in the school year 2016-2017.

The reform will bring an endowment of seven additional teachers on average in each school, to enrich the planning and educational offer.
