This past week a very special feast took place to celebrate the coming of the second annual White Truffle Festival. One hundred guests gathered on the Upper West Side at the lovely with Ubrani Truffles for a night of exquisite wine and fine dinning. The night was hosted by hosted by Emanuele Baldi of Prunotto Winery and Vittorio Giordano, VP of Urbani Truffles.

Prunotto had an elegant display of their bottles at the VIP foodie experience. Divine pairings included samplings from the vibrant 2014 Fiulot Barbera D’Asti Docg; the fruity aromas of the 2012 Mompertone Monferrato Rosso Doc; the intense 2010 Bussia Barolo Docg; the floral 2009 Vigna Colonnello Bussia Barolo Docg Riserva; and the 2012 velvety Darolo Docg.
