Due to the aggressive attacks against Christopher Columbus, which have already abolished Columbus Day in several U.S. cities, the need for accurate, historical information is critical. In response, award-winning author/historian Rich DiSilvio has created a brief but succinct 15-minute documentary “Columbus: Facts & Fiction.”
The video is presented onYouTube via DV Books and plans are being made to introduce the film into schools to educate students with historical facts based on primary sources, not intolerant rhetoric. The mission to save Columbus Day and the great explorer’s name is critical to all Italians and Americans who cherish their heritage. The video is live on YouTube at: https://youtu.be/jVOcXLHj6kQ
