Eataly is set to launch a new dining experience across North America for its signature restaurant outlets: La Pizza & La Pasta and Eataly Ristorante. Starting on April 28, the reimagined concepts will spotlight Italy’s most iconic cities through a regionally focused program.

Featuring limited-run menus that showcase the diversity of Italy’s culinary practices, guests can indulge in the typical dishes and wines of a specific region for 8 weeks. Beginning in Rome, in the region of Lazio, Eataly will provide the opportunity to dive deeper into the city’s traditions through a curated food and beverage menu, special events, hands-on classes and workshops, and more.
