Grana Padano PDO, Italy's most popular PDO cheese world-wide, and Urbani Truffles, the leading global purveyor of fresh truffles and truffle products, have teamed up for the First Annual Black Truffle Festival, June 15th – 24th. This year's 10-day festival will launch exclusively in restaurants across New York, Miami and San Francisco, allowing cheese and truffle lovers to indulge in both classic traditional flavors as well as new and inventive dishes at the country's leading Italian restaurants. 

Each participating restaurant will showcase specially created dishes that feature the diversity and appeal of Grana Padano PDO cheese and Black Truffles from Urbani Truffles. Prominent chefs and restaurateurs in all three cities will create a set of specialty dishes, expertly pairing the luxurious Black Truffles with Grana Padano PDO cheese.
