Renowned Italian-American director, screenwriter, and producer Martin Scorsese is one of the biggest names in filmmaking history. From classics like Goodfellas (1990) to his most recent The Irishman (2019), Scorsese has the ability to keep an audience captivated.
So we are more than thrilled to hear that he will be releasing a new short film he created in isolation. Part of a BBC series titled Lockdown Culture, the short film will mark the season finale. Set to air in the UK on the 28th of May, we will only have to wait until the end of this week to get a dose of Scorsese brilliance.
