Dopo Compulsion di Egidio Coccimiglio, presentato la scorsa settimana, una speciale proiezione del film Medeas del regista esordiente Andrea Pallaoro era in programma giovedì 20 febbraio, all'Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Los Angeles, in collaborazione con l'Italian Film Commission.
La pellicola si è recentemente aggiudicata il New Voices/New Visions Award al Palm Springs International Film Festival 2014, dove la giuria l'ha definita: "un'opera unica, sorprendentemente composta e capace di suscitare un forte e duraturo impatto nello spettatore".
