Isabella Rossellini will be a featured guest at the San Francisco Int'l Film Festival (April 23-May 7) and the subject of a new documentary "Isabella Rossellini's Green Porno Live" by Judy Shapiro that screens April 26-27 in the presence of Isabella and the filmmaker.

Rossellini has had a long-term love affair with insects and animals. She studied animal behavior ecology and conservation after a successful career as a model for Lancôme and as a motion pictures actress. She made 40 short films, which she called "Green Porno"and did theater presentations written with Jean-Claude Carrière about her subjects. After that she wrote a book about the sex life of animals. Shapiro 's film chronicles this work.
