Studio Imaginarium unveils ORA, an Earth Day performance of space and Earth's sounds

On April 22nd each year, Earth Day serves as a vital annual opportunity to demonstrate widespread commitment to environmental protection. This global event, created on April 22, 1970, and coordinated by www.earthday.org, now mobilizes over 1 billion people in more than 193 countries. 

During what was its 55th anniversary, the Italian Cultural Institute welcomed ORA: the Limits of the Planet, a special performance of live video mapping and original music featuring sounds from space and Earth. The project was realized with the support and scientific contributions of ESA European Space AgencyASI Italian Space AgencyEGO European Gravitational Observatory, and INGV National Institute of Geophysics and Vulcanology. Theseinstitutions made available to Imaginarium sounds from space and underground.
