The College of Fine Arts and the Department of Music at Indiana University of Pennsylvania will host internationally acclaimed guitarist Paolo Schianchi in a free recital on Sunday at 8 p.m. The performance will be held in Gorell Recital Hall on the second floor of Sutton Hall.
Schianchi is considered by many as one of the best Italian musicians of his generation. In TV, Sorrisi, e Canzoni — the most popular weekly magazine in Italy — critic Alessandro Rostagno defined him as the "best out of the talented youngsters to perform live for the Rai Nuovi Talenti project."
