Wednesday Nov. 4th at 7pm you're cordially invited to the screening of "Capodarco e i Giovani: Prima del Futuro" (Capodarco and the Youth: Before the Future), the new documentary by Luca Guardabascio.
At Christmastime in 1966, a small group of thirteen people with disabilities and a young priest, Don Franco Monterubbianesi, decided to start the adventure of a life together in an old abandoned mansion in Central Italy. Soon many other boys and girls and other young disabled volunteers joined them, choosing to live in the community. Today this community is present in various cities and regions of Italy and is committed to work for the benefit of the most marginalized social groups.
