Recreating the magic of the popular musical television show Canzonissima, which ran from 1958 to 1974, Canzonissime 2015 will feature Italian all-stars Fausto Leali, Orietta Berti and Gianni Nazzaro, along with talented actress/comedienne and impersonator Emanuela Aureli as emcee. This one-of-a-kind musical import will hold forth on Wednesday, March 4, at The Arcada Theatre in St. Charles, Illinois.

Ron Onesti, President and CEO of The Arcada Theatre, is the producer of this event in the Midwest. He has been responsible for many Italian acts coming to the Chicago area recently, including Zucchero, Il Volo and Laura Pausini. "For years now, I have been trying to keep authentic Italian music in America alive by bringing great entertainers such as these here," Onesti says.
