Our popular film festival returns this year with ten acclaimed Italian movies never before seen in Minnesota, and including, for the first time, a silent film with live accompaniment by local jazz band Sun Silo. From Thursday, February 18 through Sunday, February 21, this year's festival is a mix of documentaries, dramas, and comedies that will take our viewers on a spectacular journey through the landscapes and stories of Italy and its people.

The festival will open with a party on Thursday. Feb. 18, 6:00 pm, at the Nicollet Island Inn (One block from the St. Anthony Main Theater with Complimentary Valet Parking for the entire event, including movie!). Guests are invited to enjoy complimentary appetizers and drinks while bidding on unique items at our annual live auction, hosted by WCCO-TV news anchor Frank Vascellaro. Music is provided Robert Everest and Quartetto Rosso. All proceeds from this event benefit the Italian Cultural Center.
