Boston Summer Opera has unveiled its 2025 summer slate. The main opera of the company’s second summer season will be Verdi’s “Rigoletto,” which opens on July 11 and runs through the 13th. The first showcase is set to take place at Arlington Street Church at 7:30 p.m., and the second presentation will take the stage of The Arts at the Armory at 3 p.m. local time.
Before the performances, there will be a “Rigoletto & Friends: The Golden Age of Italian Opera” preview event at the Boston Synagogue on June 11, 2025. That event starts at 7 p.m. local time.
