
This September, Tuscan Market in Salem, NH, will host its sixth annual Bocce Tournament. Open to 20 pre-registered teams of four players, the tournament – inclusive of a complimentary wine tasting – begins with a round robin on September 7 before the advancing teams face-off in the semi-finals and finals on September 8.
Developed in Italy and made popular in the U.S. by Italian migrants, the Tuscan bocce tournament celebrates tradition, culture and sport before it closes out with an awards ceremony where the top-three placing teams will take home cash prizes. Registration begins Saturday, 9/7, at 8:30am $100 registration fee per team is due with a completed application by September 2 (registration fee includes team shirts and a wine tasting during the tournament).
