An annual tradition in Watkins Glen is returning this summer. The Watkins Glen Italian American Festival announced the festival is returning August 14th through August 17th at Clute Park. Last year the committee overseeing the festival said a lack of rides cause them to postpone.
This year that doesn't appear to be a problem, as organizers say there will be rides, food, music, eating competitions, a cornhole tournament and more. The Watkins Glen Italian American Festival has been running for more than 40 years. More information on this year's schedule of events can be found here.
