
Duke southpaw Jonathan Santucci has earned an invite to the USA Baseball Collegiate National Team Camp in Cary, N.C., later this month. Santucci, a native of Leominster, Mass., enjoyed a strong freshman season in Durham during the 2022 season.
An outfielder and pitcher, Santucci began the year as a reliever before emerging into a starting role. Santucci finished with a 2-3 record in 20 appearances, including seven starts. He posted a team-best 4.17 ERA in 41.0 innings of work. In addition, Santucci led the program in opponent batting average (.211) and strikeouts per nine innings (12.73).
