300 g (2 cups) whole grain flour
200 g (1 1/3 cups) all-purpose flour
15 g (3 teaspoons) baking powder
150 g (1 ½ cups) grated Parmesan cheese
3 (about 300 g) medium zucchini, finely grated
1 large carrot, finely grated
100 ml (1/2 scarce cup) extra virgin olive oil
120 ml (1/2 cup) butter milk
DIRECTIONS
