Greta Boldini is back on the catwalks of AltaRoma and for 2015 spring summer she shows a real introspective journey intended to stir in the depths of the human soul. The atmosphere is suspended and not coincidentally one of the universes inspiring the two designers is the one made by Hopper emotional paintings: a silent painting that shows women absorbed in their thoughts, with a blank stare that communicates waiting and inaccessibility.

Flagella Alexander and Michael Musco present a star close in her own world and, along another universe as the one of David Lynch's movies, they imagine her sitting aboard a luxury swimming pool in a glitzy Los Angeles.

Greta moves through a fresh couture, representative of the stylistic DNA of the brand. The simple shapes contrast with the careful embroidery and maxi volumes live a duality with the perfect lines and the smooth glide of the traditionally midi skirts. The textures, so different, talk to each other in a game of shiny viscose, transparent organza, merino wool and silk crepes. The skins coated characterize the must-have of the collection, the robe-trench, created as a coat but made fresh and light like a shirtdress.

A color palette that passes through the clear waters of a swimming pool with green water at night and splashes of soft colors, from brown to ivory, that end up being more stressed about the bronzes and metallic blacks. Pearly reflexes and iridescent elements reveal the hidden secrets of this new feminine elegance, and every single item is ready to satisfy both those who love the coldest spring atmospheres and those traveling in the hottest summer.

Greta Boldini takes us on a psychological journey of dreams, fears, hopes and defeats, giving the collection a deep fil-rouge able of raising the more sensitive souls.
