Villa Attems Cernozza de Postcastro is an estate dating back to the '600, which has always belonged to the Counts of Attems. The villa is surrounded by a lovely view overlooking the park, full of a variety of plants, colors and scents.

There are magnolias (Magnolia grandiflora), laurel (Laurus nobilis), palm trees, cypresses (Cupressus sempervirens.), Maritime pine (Pinus pinaster), Lebanon cedars (Cedrus libani), linden (Tilia spp.), Oak (Quercus spp. ), cherry (Prunus avium) and many other fruit trees, well integrated with jasmine (Jasminum spp.), camellia (Camellia spp.), hydrangea (Hydrangea spp.), oleander (Nerium oleander), pittosporum (Pittosporum spp.) , geraniums (Pelargonium spp.), tulips (Tulipa spp.) and old roses (Rosa spp.).

In the park there is a fountain designed in 1760 by Nicholas Pacassi, architect working for Maria Theresia of Austria; previously located in the park of Villa Piedimonte, miraculously not bombed during the 1st World War, it was later brought here.

There is also an ancient well, now with only an ornamental function, which was originally used as a part of the Lucinico community. The country owns four more wells, evenly spread on its territory.
