The breakfast of champions? A great cup of coffee! In this particular case, that is the absolute truth. Angelo Segoni, a member of the barista team from Italy, is here at the Brewed Behavior headquarters in Kansas City, being trained by a master coffee coach, Tracy Allen.
He is already the Italian champion. In two days, Tracy and Angelo will travel to Atlanta to compete in the US Coffee Championships. Then in June, it's off to Dublin for the World Barista Championship.
