
Antoinette Socci of Darien, CT died peacefully at the age of 95 on July 3, 2015 in Stamford, CT. She was born in 1920 in Settefrati, Italy to Antonio and Loreta Pellicci. She emigrated with her family from Italy in 1930 and spent most of her life in NYC and Bronx, NY, before moving to Darien 25 years ago.
Prior to working at the Darien YMCA for over 15 years caring for children, for 50 years she worked as a seamstress in NY. Antoinette's greatest pleasure was to gather family and friends around a table of delicious food that she enjoyed cooking for everyone.
