Springfield native publishes her first book Worcester - Lauren Scibelli Mullin is no stranger to the South end of Springfield. With all the excitement and changes currently taking place in downtown Springfield, the largest being the brand new MGM Casino, there is much excitement and anticipation for the new businesses coming to downtown.
But let us not forget the many well established businsses, who have survived over the years and still remain in the area. Lauren has recently written a book about her families very famous restaurant, Ciro's which was one of those "original" businesses which ran from the mid 1960's thru the 1990's. It was located on 870 Main St., across from La Florentina Bakery.
