WHO: Nancy Caronia is a Lecturer in the Honors Program at University of Rhode Island, where she teaches contemporary literature, composition, and creative writing. Caronia's creative writing has most recently appeared in Animal, New Delta Review, Lowestoft Chronicles, biostories,and The Missing Slate .
Her scholarship appears in peer-reviewed journals, including AEQ , Italian American Review , and Essays on Italian American Literature and Culture . She is co-editor of Personal Effects: Essays on Memoir, Culture, and Teaching in the Work of Louise DeSalvo (co-edited with Edvige Giunta) and wrote the introduction for the reprint of Louise DeSalvo's Casting Off (Bordighera Press, 2014).
