Appointments must be booked exclusively through the Prenot@mi portal and are reserved for residents of Dallas and Oklahoma. The exact address will be provided one week prior to the appointment.

Reservations are available until fully booked (a waiting list is provided). An appointment must be booked for each individual. In the “Notes” section of the reservation, please write: “passport for [First Name Last Name], born on [date of birth]” if the appointment is for another person. We strongly recommend booking as soon as possible to secure a spot.
