Come to Italy, the queen of tourism

There are two new figures that confirm our importance in the world of tourism. Italy is becoming increasingly popular is wedding tourism. With its history, breathtaking landscapes and unique culture, Italy continues to be a favorite destination for couples from all over the world who want to celebrate the most important day of their lives with us.
 
More than 15 thousand weddings of foreign couples were celebrated in Italy in 2024, with events growing by 11.4% compared to 2023 and involving 960 thousand people. The prevailing rite is civil (22%), followed by religious (13.5%), while 'symbolic' ones reach 64%. Among the preferred destinations, Central Italy is at 31.3% while the South and the regions intercepted 29.3%. In particular, Sicily is one of the most popular regions.
