Months after closing its doors on Fairport's Main Street, Compané has relocated, reinvented itself and reopened. "It takes a crazy person to open a new restaurant in the middle of a pandemic," said Brendon Clar, owner and executive chef at Compané.
"It has not been without challenges but we are very proud of what we have accomplished." The old restaurant, previously called Compané Brick Oven Bistro, closed for good in April, after shifting to take-out and delivery orders for the eatery's final weeks at 80 N. Main St.
