A Dallas senior living community will soon undergo a $36 million expansion and renovation to keep up with demand for senior living options in North Texas, which will showcase a Italian theme for residents.
"When baby boomers today imagine their retirement, it's much different than what their parents or grandparents wanted," said Charles Brewer, president and CEO of Senior Quality Lifestyles Corp., which oversees the community, in a prepared statement.
