One of the nicest restaurants on the Strip, in decor and cuisine, has to be Giada. Since opening in 2014, De Laurentiis’ California-influenced Italian food has caused thousands of happy diners to pat their bellies in supreme satisfaction.
Although it was closed for several months, fans could keep up with De Laurentiis via her website, giadzy.com, for recipes and posts by the celebrity chef and her team. Viewing the suggestions there and on her Instagram account certainly increased this writer’s yearning to revisit Giada and get those bright citrus flavors on a plate.
